Homebrewing 25+ years - originally kits, extract, briefly BIAB then finally All Grain.

Stouts & Porters favoured, but used to struggle to get the flavour & conditioning required with Edinburgh soft water.
Water treatment works & they are now braw.
Also dry hopped IPAs.
Seasonals using nettles brambles elderflowers elderberries rosehips etc scavenged from disused railway at foot of garden.
Found some wild hops growing locally & just planted some 'commercial' hops in garden - Target & Northdown flourished but Cascade did not like Scotland
Variety of recipes, originally many loosely based on BrewDog recipe book.
Like experimentation so have abandoned most recipes & simply look for brewing ideas online
Rarely brew the same beer twice - I know you are supposed to coz folk then take you seriously if you can replicate
