Brewing with a 20 gallon Spike Electric brewing system. Currently investigating water salt additions that impact mash and final beer profiles.
Brewing snowflake beer. Always experimenting with new varieties of hops, yeast, and grains. At least 4 beers on tap with plenty in storage. Not a sour brewer, mainly concentrating my brewing efforts on most English, German and American beer styles.
