1st decoction: Pull 5.3 gallons of grain/liquid at a ratio of 1 part liquid and 2 parts grain. Boil for 15 minutes and return to mash. Goal is to raise temperature of mash up to 160 F. Return to recirculate.

2nd Decoction: Pull 5.3 gallons of grain/liquid at a ratio of 1 part liquid and 2 parts grain. Boil for 15 minutes and return to mash. Goal is to raise temperature of mash up to 170 F. Return to recirculate and start to mash out.
