Add all spices to 6oz Vodka, steep 1 week add before bottling with the Plum flavoring

Primary:
Ferment at 48–50°F for ~2 weeks until near FG.
Diacetyl Rest:
Raise to 65–68°F for 2–3 days.
Lagering:
Drop to 34°F, hold 6–8 weeks. |

Notes: The pineapple is pineapple juice, but seems about right for sugar content ( 26gm per 250ml ).
It was cloudy juice, but didn't have pectinase shit or whatever, so just lowered the Attenuation. Bottling at 1.014.
