I started brewing 1993 as extract brewer and moved up to the partial mash and now dreaming of building the space needed to go all grain--some day !!!! I have won a few awards at county fairs, taught several friends how to brew, and took advance brewing class at UC Davis.
I usually brew in 10 gallon batches and give away a lot of beer so I can brew more. Most is dispensed via kegs and taps. Bottle some for events and gifts.
Pale Ales & Blondes for most friend consummation and Stouts and Brown Ale for the Ms.
