Notes

Brew date 9/1/2019 Modified from Milk Stout original -- Lactose at final 2 min and aroma hops at whirlpool. Tweaked hops and choc up a little. Uses about 2 cups of yeast fro previous brews --took off strong fermenting in 5 hours

This brew came out really well. Slight chocolate and sweetness that I think choc milk stout versus just a milk stout. Nice creamy head and smooth --even my "never touch a dark beer" buddy drank them down like his normal blue moon -ugh!!
