Notes

Alt Bier-- I tweaked the brewing salts in the mash water by adding 1 gram of canning salt. Using Palmers brewing cube and app--I like that it target profiled this brew as Pale to Amber in color RA=30, Balanced Flavor with a sulfate to chloride ratio of .8 and medium beer structure with calcium level of 70

Also added flaked rice to boost OG and keep it light in color from recipe #1

Review Notes: Very easy drinking, straw in color. OG came in at lower than predicted 1.055, but finished clean and bright at 1.013
