Notes

The base ingredients came from Williams Brewing Supplies kit for Barke Pilsner. BF recipe calculated OG at 1.078 FG 1.013 for 7.8% Alc. using 26# of grain. Seemed like alot -- reduce to 19 # and recalc the OG to 1.055 FG 1.011 and Alc 5.76

Using Palmers water app to adj local filtered water.
4g Calcuim Chloride
3g Baking soda
16 ml of 88% Lactic acid to get RA to -50
