Brewery moved back to by home from a friends location and this is first batch to dial it back in. RECEIPE is from Revisiting Shiner Bock clone using Brewzilla.

Not using 3.0 lbs of LME to achieve high OG target of 1.069 and 7% Alc.

Heat diversion difuser added to Brewzilla to achieve more even mash temps and better efficiency as well as mashing- in longer with an eye on temp control.
