But I decided to take it up a notch by reducing the boil to 60 minutes and cranking up the overall intensity a bit. Brew and dry hop like you would any other IPA. There's nothing complicated here. I call it The Sandy Pickle because my nickname is Pickles and my step mom's name is Sandy and this was brewed at her request.
