My brewing endeavors started in college back in 1997. I checked out an ad for a "home brewers" at the Rouge brewery in down town Ashland Oregon.
1. A Red ale was first on the list to bring back from the dead. Grateful red was resurrected first but proven to be mediocre as it had a "bug" or something very off. getting a dead bug out of the the bottom of the glass fermentor with a stick brings back memories when we were ready to bottle the beer.
