Sparge took a while as the false bottom got plugged up with grain

Still had about 0.5 gals or so left in the mash tun so something was off with the sparge volume

FG: 1.006-1.008.
Added 10oz of amoretti grapefruit puree to keg.
Tasting Notes:
This was very popular. Would definitely brew this one again.
Could use slightly more wheat (might want to target 60/40%).
Small amount of sweetness to go with the grapefruit flavor.
The amount of grapefruit flavoring was good. Probably wouldn't change that. |
