AROMA & FLAVOUR CHARACTERISTICS
FERMOLAGER Munich Heritage provides a clean and smooth mouthfeel while leaving a well-balanced malty backbone in the beer. Diacetyl levels are low as are esters, sulphurs and higher alcohols. This strain allows the brewer to bring out the noble hop character of German and other European hop varieties.

Notes: Squeezed the juice from 4 oranges into the wort at 10:00 minutes. after squeezing I put the crushed oranges into the brew pot via the hop spider.
Added 64 oz 100% cranberry juice at 8:00 minute mark to bring the wort back to a boil before adding the last charge of hops at 5 minutes. |

Not using 3.0 lbs of LME to achieve high OG target of 1.069 and 7% Alc.
Heat diversion difuser added to Brewzilla to achieve more even mash temps and better efficiency as well as mashing- in longer with an eye on temp control.
