60-minute boil. 1/2 oz hops at start and another 1/2 oz at 10 min before end of boil.
Ferment at 65°F to target ABV then increase the temperature to 75°F. Keep here for a day or so then transfer to secondary/chiller.
Cellar chill at 55°F for a week or two then cold crash at 34°F for a few days. |
