YEAH! - Maybe an ounce of Columbus (at 10 minutes) to break up the fruit fest a little. - Hops will be added twice, once toward the end of fermentation (#biotransformations), and again at the end of fermentation (normal dry hop). This hopping regiment will only occur for the non-saison yeasts. I suppose the saison one will get Hallertau Blanc or something fun like that.
