This supposed to be close to a beer made by Madtree called Rounding Third made for a customer who won an auction to brew a beer on our pilot system and this is what he wanted. I could not find the recipe that supposedly they had posted. From notes on the website, I had the malts, hotside hops, and cold side hops but no other details. So this recipe is just a guesstimate. Never had the beer so I will go off the customer's opinion to see if it turns out close. |
