MM kit. 8/10 - ABV 8.3% Overshot OG but very nice beer.
Recipe - OG 1063. FG 1012. 6.9%
OG 1075. FG 1012. 8.3%
Attenuation - 83%
Notes: Overshot OG. BUT. Added 2 litres water so would end up less but no recorded.
Way too carbonated, might be it fermented in summer. |
