Padre's Ales and Brewing has been brewing fine ales and lagers since 2011. The brewhouse is dialed in to produce 2.5 Gallon batches, using a BIAB set up onan Anvil Foundry 6.5 gallon electric kettle. Fermentation is done in stainless using an Anvil 4 gallon Bucket Fermenter. Fermentations are monitored using the Tilt Hydrometer through Tilt Pi.
