Spot on på alle verdiar.
Brukte litt anna framgangsmåte. Tappa direkte frå gjeringskar, uten omstikking og sukkerlake. Brukte karboneringsdrops, 1 stk. pr. halvliterflaske og ein sukkerbit pr. 0,33L.
Kan godt ha enda litt meir sukker, pga. litt lite kolsyre.
Ellers meget godt lyst øl.
Brygga 30.mars 2019. Gjera ca. 14 dagar på 16 gr. Coldcrush 3 dagar i utebod på rundt 2 gr.

Notes: The pumpkin needs to be specially prepared for the mash. Four pie pumpkins with a total of about 9 lbs (4.1 kg) were halved and cleaned of seeds (roast your seeds for a bonus brew day snack!).
The now exposed meat of the pumpkin was rubbed with brown sugar and placed meat-side down on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 300°F (148.9°C) for a little over an hour or until the pumpkins have visibly finished “falling.”
Scoop out the pulp and mash up if necessary, then add to the second step of the mash as noted below.
Mash in grains for a protein rest at 122°F (50°C).
After 30 minutes, raise temperature to 155°F (68.3°C), add the prepared pumpkin and hold for 60 minutes.
Mash out at 165°F (73.9°C) for 10 minutes.
After completing the mash, proceed to boil following the schedule as noted under the ingredients.
Ferment at 68°F (20°C) and carbonate after approximately four weeks. |

Notes: Czech lager with initial hoppiness if tasting too early!
Initial hop-bite will diminish with lagering and final result is a perfect balanced lager. Takes about 2-3 month for beer to mature to perfection.
Instead of Carafoam, use Best Chit Malt for nice foam and body, same amount.
This beer benefits of Decoction mashing (quick style: pull out 2kg thick mash and boil separately on the stove for 10 minutes while @ 63*C Mash step, return to mail mash and repeat @ mashstem 70*C
Gives a somewhat darker colour to the beer and a hint of diacetyl to finished beer.
Fermentation:
10-12 *C for 5 days (50% attenuation)
Rise to 17*C, rest for 2-3 days
Lower to +1*C during a week and let sit at 1*C for about 2 weeks (lagering)
If fining with gelatine, add at 10*C.
Bottle prime and let sit for another 2 month and Enjoy!
If using Saflager 34/70, ferment at 12*C and give an extra day for yeast to get going.
