Not ideal but not the end of the world either. #Starter very slow to get going, the yeast missed the boat and was left at Star-Track over the weekend. Might have to look into other options for yeast shipping, that's twice now I've made a compromise on yeast due to lack of stock and then had the shipment delayed and left warm due to shipping stuff ups. Country living can suck.
