Notes: February16th, 2025 ... Drinking this beer now!! So balanced...so demure....so perfect grain and hop notes....flavor dies on the effervescent tongue....yikes!! I am happy and proud of this,,,,,Wow!!!

January 13, 2025 changed bittering hop to Comet!! What a beautiful balance this provided....also added a bit of flaked rye for spice and body....really tasty "Western High Plains IPA" ie Amarillo and Citra....yum!!!!
