Notes: Steep the grains in the mid 150s for 45-60 minutes.
It is assuming a 5 gallon batch,
3 gallon - 60 minute boil, and adding the extract at the beginning.
If you can do a full boil you probably wouldn't need the extra 1oz.Citra at 60 minutes.
Extract notes from the forum thread author:
As far as First Wort Hop / Steeping hops.... I would add them with around 10 min left in steep (before rinse), and put them in a different bag than the grain. Then you can leave them in for the whole boil.

Notes: Brewed - 1/2/21
May have been a little too ambitious with this one, I didn't get nearly the efficiency that was calculated, and I don't think I can blame it all on too much water this time.
Hops are adjusted in recipe as per each package AA's
Used 3 liter starter and made a big blow-off mess. After 24 hours the krausen was spewing so violently out of the airlock that it blew the top off of the fermenter; twice.
Will update numbers when finished, at least four weeks
2/2/21 - UPDATE - FG of 1.011 for a whopping attenuation of 85%. Sugar primed keg, will wait 2+ weeks
Actual Results:
Total water: 11.5 gallons - would lessen to 10.75 - 11
Pre-boil volume: 8.25 gallons - would lesson to 7.75
Ending kettle volume: 7 gallons - would lessen to 6.5
Boil time: 90 min
Efficiency: 67%
OG: 1.080
FG: 1.011
ABV: 9.1%
Attenuation: 85%
IBU's: 110
SRM: 7.9

Notes: Honey is orange blossom honey and is added at end of primary directly to fermenter.
1/2 minerals added at mash the other half added during the boil after sparging.
Ferment at 66 then let naturally rise into mid to high 70's to finish. Add honey/fruit after the malt has mostly finished fermenting. Keep honey ferment cool then let free rise after a few days. Add oak once most of ferment is done before racking for 5 days.
Total water needed is 9 gallons. Mash strike temp is 4 gallons at 168. Sparge at 170 with the other 4 gallons Use Herms to keep mash range at 156 for 60 minutes
yeast accentuates plumy fruit flavors.
