A starter was made to reactivate the yeast and grow a cell count high enough for the 1.083 gravity. Dry hop DURING PRIMARY fermentation to take advantage of a biotransformation that helps add a juicey and hazy character to the beer. Dry hopped a second time in the keg. Aiming for a juice bomb, as previous NEIPAs I have created and brewed have successfully done. NOTE: I live in NJ and my water chemistry is pretty neutral and has been fantastic for brewing sours and clean beers with no adjustments, thus I do not adjust my water chemistry. Please adjust if necessary!
