유산균은 구할 수 있는게 확정되면 그걸 쓰는걸로
마리스 오터도 20퍼 정도 섞을까 생각했지만, 마리스 오터의 맛이 샤워와는 어울리지 않을꺼 같아 배제
us 05가 가장 무난한거 같아 결정
홉도 소라치 에이스를 사용해서 레모니함과 라즈베리를 한데 어우려볼까 생각했는데 개인적으로는 취향에 맞지만 다른 사람들은 어떨지 몰라서 보편적인 perle 홉을 넣어둠
45도에서 이틀간 케틀 샤워링 예정
라즈베리 퓨레는 냉동 라즈베리 1kg과 라즈베리 크럼블 500g을 섞어서 만들어 투입
젖산은 오래, 인산은 은은하게, 구연산은 과일과 매우 잘 어우러짐
그래서 젖산과 구연산을 같이 넣어서 pH 조성을 시도해 볼 예정 (4.5까지) 그런데 pH 측정기 있나요? 하나 사야하나
사실 구연산은 오렌지 주스나 레몬 주스같은걸로 대체 가능함
여러 글을 읽다보면 mash 할때부터 pH를 떨어트리는게 좋다 와 다 하고나서 pH를 조절하라는 말이 설왕설래하는데 뭐가 맞는지를 모르겠음...
