Hope the efficiency is good. OG of 1.049 as I thought that my whole made malt would be a little under crushed and a little green for the process; but whatever, this is still a good GU for this beer style. I'm glad I scaled the IBU down by about 5-10 IBU's, as I knew this might be a little astringent. Hopefully the grassy, less than perfect kilned green grain is not too crazy bitter for my beer. Farmhouse, fuck yeah! Heading toward terrior just one experiment at a time.
