Hops are adjusted in recipe as per each package AA's Used 3 liter starter and made a big blow-off mess. After 24 hours the krausen was spewing so violently out of the airlock that it blew the top off of the fermenter; twice. Will update numbers when finished, at least four weeks 2/2/21 - UPDATE - FG of 1.011 for a whopping attenuation of 85%. Sugar primed keg, will wait 2+ weeks Actual Results: Total water: 11.5 gallons - would lessen to 10.75 - 11 Pre-boil volume: 8.25 gallons - would lesson to 7.75 Ending kettle volume: 7 gallons - would lessen to 6.5 Boil time: 90 min Efficiency: 67% OG: 1.080 FG: 1.011 ABV: 9.1% Attenuation: 85% IBU's: 110 SRM: 7.9 This recipe has been updated based on previous results.
