I want to give someone a similar taste, but something a little different. Brewed on 4/6/13. I will ferment this in the primary until the beer clears wait an additional week then bottle. Bottle age at 65 degrees for 3 weeks then enjoy. Tasting notes to follow.

Add pectin, then yeast.Primary for 21 days. Secondary for 30 days. The ABV was around 9%. Add gelatin at secondary for clarity. Add potassium sorbate last 5 days of secondary to kill yeast. Add frozen apple and cranberry at kegging. Great Great cider.
