Collected 10 gallons at 1.048 and fermented at ale temp of 60-65°F January 28, 2020 - Racked into 10 gal keg for secondary in refrig @ 35°F. Surprised that it only dropped to 1.019. Looks like yeast only worked to 61% attenuation
