Notes: This is spectacular. I aimed for an old-school British IPA - the kind I was introduced to before the IPA fad. My IPA drinking friends think it's awesome, and my wife and non-IPA drinkers say this is the only IPA they like.
It almost resembles a new-world Pale Ale, but still has the bitterness and old-world hops to fit the India Pale Ale category.
It's a keeper. |

Notes: Buena cerveza; color dorado-palido. Espuma blanca y densa de buena retención.
Mas dulce de lo esperado; sería bueno que de mas sensación de sequedad.
Incrementar ligeramente el amargor en el próximo intento; incrementar 1g o 2g de sulfato de calcio. Decrementar 1g el cloruro de calcio.
Carared fue usado en vez de Carapils.
3ml de ácido foforico en maceración.
8g de sulfato de calcio en maceración.
8g de cloruro de calcio en maceración.
Carragenina en los ultimos 15 minutos de hervido.
Gasificación en keg.
Un mes después se siente mas seca, un ligero amargor comparado con la primera vez que se probó y mayor sequedad que cuando se embarriló.
