Color: Murky/hazy yellow with a thick creamy white head
Aroma: Citrusy with a hint of dankness
Mouthfeel: Soft and smooth
Taste: Just a wonderful balanced drinking beer with a slight sweet finish. Just the way I like my NEIPA's!
If you try brewing this please let me know how it came out, and what if any changes you made that enhanced the beer.
I will be brewing this again in an effort to improve it. |

- steeped grains in 2 gal water at 165f for 45 minutes.
- raised water volume to 3 gal, brought to boil. Added initial malt and hops.
- added late addition malt at 20 min remaining
- added additional hops per schedule.
- added 1/2 tsp reconstituted gelatin for clarifying at 22 min remaining
- OG 1.068 @ 80F, 1.075 @ 60F
6/16 Racked to secondary SG 1.016 @ 75F 1.021 @ 60F
- Dryhopped for 3 days
6/25 Kegged. SG 1.012 @75F 1.017 @60F
- tasted very good. Needs carbonation bite.
