Notes: OG came out .10 lower than anticipated, had to add 8 ounces corn syrup and a cup of brown sugar to boil to get to estimated pre boil OG of 1.050.
Started hop stand at 175 and let set for 20 minutes, temp was down to 110 by then. |

If its a bit strong for your pallet leave out a kilo of the Marris
Otter and reduce the crystal and Carared to 400g each. both versions taste great. keep volumes and hops the same
Let it finish out to 1010. I keg or pressure barrel after bottling a dozen or so |
