Malty rich smooth and easy Drinking. Hop character is Pure Irish with the Goldings. Think how smithwicks red should taste !

If its a bit strong for your pallet leave out a kilo of the Marris
Otter and reduce the crystal and Carared to 400g each. both versions taste great. keep volumes and hops the same

Let it finish out to 1010. I keg or pressure barrel after bottling a dozen or so
