Notes: This is a revision to my very successful Munich/Cascade Smash. That is lovely but with a really pronounced toffee/deep caramel flavour. This one should bring more 'bread' notes from the Vienna and lighten it up just a touch.
Mashed for an hour @ 66C then a 10 min mashout @ 75C
I got 79% efficiency which for my system was good.
