5. Cool/OG/Collect 5.5 Gal beer

7. Primary for ~1 week
+ 0.5oz Mandarina Bavaria on day 2-3
+ 4.0oz Tangerine Puree on day 3
+ 3.0oz Tangerine Puree on day 7
8. Cool to ~40F on day 9-11
9. Move to secondary for 7 days (Dry Hop in bag on day 2)
+ 0.5oz Mandarina Bavaria
+ 3.0oz Orange peels
+ 2oz Amoretti Tangerine Puree
+ 2 Vanilla beans (split and crushed)
