Notes: My first attempt at making a Belgian IPA. The Bouclier hops I got for free and I thought they might go well it in with Enigma. Hopefully it will be dry and refreshing. I'm not so sure about the yeast but I had a packet of it to use up. |

Starting mash temp = 152 degrees
Ending mash temp = 150 degrees
Added 3 tsp yeast nutrient and 1 tsp Irish moss at 15 minutes left in boil with the sugar addition
Accidently froze the yeast, will see if they are ok.
OG = 1.060
Active fermentation 16 hours after pitching at 74 degrees.
