Mashed in at 150°F for 1 hour. Collected 7 gal @9.5 Brix (1.038) Hit preboil gravity. Boiled 1 hour and hopped according to schedule.
Landed at 12 Brix (1.048) and fermented at 68°F. Bottled on 10/24/2021 with 1/2 cup corn sugar. FG 1.011
