Notes: 8. Secondary Fermentation After 5-7 days of fermentation, transfer into a glass carboy.
Before transferring add 2 6.5oz jars of the peanut butter powder and ¼ cup of cacao
powder (optional) to the secondary (you provide the cocoa powder). Transfer the beer
directly onto the additions. After 3 days add 4 ounces of cacao nibs. Allow the secondary to
continue for another 7 days (10 days total since the initial transfer). After the secondary is
completed proceed to bottling

174 just a bit high on mash charge temp. Had to stir several mins. Yielded 154 in mash tun.
Mash & sparge volumes - yielded 7.0 gals. (1 lb less grain than usual). Boiled 30 mins. prior to hop addition to get volume to 6.5-6.7 gals. Needed to add back 0.5 gals to primary
