Took 5 gallons wort home and boiled a starter wort for 15 mins with 2.0 oz NZ Hops Nectaron Pellet Hops. At flameout, I added 1.5 oz NZ Hops Nectaron Pellet Hops and 1.0 oz Hopsteiner Azora Pellet Hops along with 1.0 lb of Dave's Raw Honey. After cooling to 62 F, added to the 5 gallons of wort and sprinkled the White Labs 1066 London Fog Ale Yeast and 1 tsp Yeast Nutrient. |
