Place cinnamon stick, oak chips, Cocoa nibs and vanilla beans in a jar and cover with Bourbon.
Day 5 (24 hours later):
Drain liquid from jar, add ingredients to a hop bag.
Next, add freshly brewed (cooled) espresso to fermenter. |
