Add DME in thirds (1.25 lbs at 15 mins, 37 mins, 60 mins into boil) Add hops/extras per schedule. Chill to 70F using wort chiller (leave hop bags in), and auto-siphon into 5 gal carboy after first adding yeast starter via funnel. Top-off to ~4.5 gals per dilution calculator to achieve target OG. Ferment at 68F. After ~ 5 days, if near FG, add dry hops (leave these hops for 7 days).
