Original recipe calls for: OG=1.056 FG=1.012 IBU=30 SRM=12 ABV=5.7 ---- This is more than possible if your efficiency is above 70%, strike water - 3.6 gal at 166*F to achieve mash temp of 151*F 60 min mash, then 6.5 gal of wort to kettle. When fermentation is done, drop to 61deg F, add dry hops. IBUs are low in my recipe as posted - this recipe builder can't account for the 3 oz of 5 day dry hopping I surmise.... carbonate to approx 2.0 volumes as per original recipe states. original recipe is for 5 gal final, my recipe is for 5.25 gal final without tweaking any original recipe amounts.
