| Notes: This looks like a very interesting recipe. It uses flaked rice to smooth out the taste. For hops the original recipe called for only 35 grams, but the Fuggles at 4.5AA only yields 20 IBUs. I added 10 more grams to reach a target of 28 IBUs. |
