I think leave off the loral next time or replace with something more complementary. otherwise pretty good, just needs some time. I think i'd go with imperial flagship or just really keep a lid on the fermentation - no kveik. ------------------- This is pretty good, next time go with half the midnight wheat or a different "reddening" the color is a little brown. Try trading Bravo for Loral in the WP and the dry hops. Maybe back off the ctz a little and maybe back everything off just a tad. overall pretty good though. Taking out the 2oz of Midnight Wheat which made it much too dark, using cara amber instead. changed Bravo WP and Dry to Loral. Backed off all Dry and WP by 1-2 g. hops bravo - bittering 60 30 15 WP - Big Dry hop day 5 careful with these, try to pin down https://byo.com/resource/hops/ some combo of mosaic - dank cascade - light- pleasant bravo - tropical no dank ctz - dank sometimes? out for now galaxy idaho 7
