During boil the first hop additions is at start of boil. The second hop addition is done after 45 min togheter with 1 Whirlfoc tablet. Cool to 25 degrees before transferring to fermentation vessels. Do this as fast as possible. From now on pay big attention to hygiene. Clean fermenter vessel/valves/tubes. Recommended fermentation temperature 20 degrees.
