I added the amarillo hops (a gift from Jamie's parents) and .3lbs of Victory malt (I was trying to use ingredients that were aging). The recipe calls for 3lbs of DME at flameout, but I'm going to add all 6lbs at flameout. The recipe predicts OG: 1.048 FG: 1.010 and 19.8 IBU. Also, I accidentally put in 1 oz of the Galena hops instead of 0.75 per the recipe.

Also used house-blend Frankenyeast to add a funky twist, similar to Tank 7 (Boulevard), plus I never used the house-blend in anything but the original recipe, so I wanted to see how it comes across in other styles. Pre-boil = 1.045 OG = 1.056 FG = Pitched >1 Liter starter (made about a week earlier and cold crashed. Pitched with about 1 Qt of the resulting "beer" -- didn't decant). Did not make any adjustments to RO water (forgot). Active fermentation w/in 16 hours. Aroma is excellent.
