Light roasty taste upfront with a slightly spicy (from the rye), gentle caramel finish. Classic German hops on the nose and finish. Medium bodied beer that is more reminiscent of a German lager than a dunkel. Pours a slightly hazy caramel tan.

Next time I'll probably replace the rye with carafoam or carahell.
