- chequear temperatura de macerado ( 6 o 7 puntos de diferenica en licor). lograr un 66,5/67 (no mas).
2) LAVADO/ HOPS STAND:
- 70lts? + 13lts de agua fria en heladera, un 10%. para 80 grados.
3) NUTRIENTE:
(menos cantidad, demasiada carga de magnesio, aminoacidos, etc puede generar mayor formacion de alcoholes superiores.)
- 1.5gr x coccion.
4) AGUA: mayor carga mineral. perfil equilibrado entre sulfatos y cloruros. levemente por encima cloruro, mas el aporte de la malta, esperando un supuesto 2 a 1.

| Notes: This will be a simple single malt mash to re-use dry-hop bags that I saved from the Cayman Cocktail and the Fast & Furious IPAs. They used different yeasts too. I've entered all of the hops and guessed at 2% utilization based on what we experienced last time. I could do them separate, but think this is easier with less equipment to clean. It's a maintenance brew after all. No extra yeast was pitched or needed. The residual Krausen left on the hop bags was sufficient. Next time I need to brew this sooner after previous brews as I think both hops and yeast were a bit muted. The end result is a slightly 'smooth lemonade' effect which is crushable by itself (especially at <3% ABV) but also tastes excellent with a shot of Maker's Mark in it. |

Notes: The efficiency of this beer was higher than expected. I added the 2 row and barley to cold water and slowly raised the temp to 140df over 10 hours. Black grains added at last hour of mash. I assume the extended mash time and low mash temp are the reasons for higher efficiency.
