Notes: The idea here is to create a crisp dry lager with a firm bitterness great for drinking pool side on a hot summers day.
Low / high mash temp coupled with cane sugar and higher sulphate ratio with a generous level but still reserved level of Ibus hopefully will achieve this.
Cutting corner but still aiming for a great product and a easy quick brew day short mash short boil no chill brew.

Conditioning took 3 weeks to smooth out flavor.
Hop character subdued.
Decent not great.
Perhaps add more caramel malts, melanoid malts or Munich malts.
MISC. NOTES:
Had 1/2" head fermentation krausen on 9/30, 1 day after drawing from the kettle in the hydrometer tube. Must have been from wild yeast! Never happened before.
