Legend has it that Thatcher and Reagan discovered the recipe for this hazy pale ale during a secret meeting in the heart of the English countryside. The hops used, Talus and Motueaka, were handpicked by the two leaders for their unique ability to unite people and bring about world peace.

| Notes: 22 liter i gjæringskaret. Nede på 1016 etter en uke i kjelleren på litt over 11˚C. Flyttet til barnerom og økt temperaturen gradvis til ca 18 ˚C. Holdt temperaturen i 2-3 dager og flyttet til altanen for CC. Temperaturen varierte mellom 0 og 6 ˚C. CC på en drøy uke før tapping på flasker. 6,5g sukker pr liter. Ca 20 liter til flasking. Prøver Bouncer Inline filter med blått 304 micron meshfilter ved omstikking for å se om filtrering fungerer med dette. |
