Revised version of my Kowtown Kolsch. Uses Omega OYL-044 Kolsch II yeast (Lalbrew Kohn Kolsch is discontinued). Swaps out the Briess malts with Rahr, Weyermann, Kansas Malting Co, and Gambrinus. Slightly revised hop additions.
