Carb up, age for a while.... Also, using CalV yeast which doesn't attenuate a whole lot from past experience, so mashing at 152 (or lower) instead of 154+.

Pitched starter into 2L flask at 72 degF. Put starter flask in 55 degF refrigerator to allow yeast to settle. Decanted about 80% of liquid off of starter after letting it settle for about 3 hours. Did a partial mash of 1 lb grain in 2 qt water for 60 minutes at 152degF. Sparged with 2 qt 170degF water. Did a full boil of 6 gallons.
